Aerial Photography
| Standard Property Photography | $150 | Up to 15 professionally edited aerial photographs. Ideal for residential properties, small businesses, farms, land listings and general property documentation. |
| Expanded Property Photography | $225 | Up to 30 professionally edited aerial photographs with additional angles, elevations and surrounding property coverage. |
| Large Property, Farm or Estate | Starting at $300 | Custom aerial coverage for large properties, farms, estates and acreage. Includes as many photographs as reasonably needed to document the property. |
Aerial Photography & Video
| Aerial Video | $175 | A professionally edited aerial video between 45 and 60 seconds in length. |
| Photography and Video Package | $250 | Includes up to 20 professionally edited aerial photographs and a professionally edited aerial video between 60 and 90 seconds in length. |
| Large or Luxury Property Package | Starting at $400 | Expanded coverage for large homes, estates and premium properties. Includes up to 30 professionally edited aerial photographs and a professionally edited aerial video of up to two minutes. |

Visual & Thermal Inspections
| Residential Visual Roof Documentation | $150 | High-resolution images of visible roof surfaces and exterior features, including roofing materials, gutters, flashing, chimneys and visible areas of concern. |
| Residential Visual and Thermal Documentation | $250 | Includes visual and thermal imagery of accessible roof and exterior areas, along with a basic summary of observed areas of interest. |

Construction Progress

| Monthly Progress Program | $225 per visit | Available with a minimum commitment of three visits. |

Aerial 360° Panoramas
| Single Aerial Panorama | $75 | High-resolution panorama image. |

Deer Recovery
| Thermal Drone Search | $200 | Includes deployment and up to approximately two hours of searching. |
| Successful Location Fee | Additional $100 | Applied when the deer is successfully located. |
Custom Drone Services
| Custom Aerial Work | Starting at $175 per hour | Custom projects may include events, promotional footage, land documentation, storm-damage documentation, specialized aerial photography and other custom drone services. A project minimum may apply. |
Optional Add-Ons
| Twilight or Sunset Session | $75 | Optional add-on for golden-hour coverage. |
| Priority 24-Hour Delivery | $50 or 25% of the project price | Whichever amount is greater. |

Notes
- Drone inspections provide visual and thermal documentation only. They do not replace an inspection performed by a licensed roofer, engineer or home inspector.
- Panoramas are delivered as high-resolution images. Interactive hosting or website integration may require an additional fee.
- Thermal deer recovery is subject to property-access requirements, airspace restrictions and applicable Maryland hunting regulations. Recovery is not guaranteed.
- Consistent viewpoints are used whenever possible for construction progress documentation.
Travel and Scheduling
- Travel within 25 miles of Thurmont is included.
- Any additional travel charges will be discussed and approved before booking.
- Weather-related rescheduling is provided at no additional charge.
